Authors who work with ACL Publishing retain full ownership of their manuscripts and publishing rights. Service scope, timelines, and fees are set out in your individual agreement.

Digital products

Digital purchases are delivered as downloadable files immediately after payment, together with an emailed access link. They are licensed for personal use; redistribution or resale is not permitted.

Refunds

If a download fails or a file is unusable, contact support@aclpublishing.com and we will resolve the issue or refund the purchase.

Liability

Content is provided for general guidance. ACL Publishing is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its materials.
